Our 30-day money back guarantee applies to first-time purchases of each product and covers unused or gently used items. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

Missing Items / Damages

If an item is missing from your order or arrived damaged, contact us at info@tyrskincare.com within 14 days of delivery and we will send out a replacement free of charge. Our team may request photos of damaged products to help us improve your experience.
