Refund policy

Feel confident in your skincare choices. Tyr offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of each product.

If you're not satisfied, email us at info@tyrskincare.com within 30 days of your delivery date with your order number and the product you'd like to return. Once approved, send the product back to us — it does not need to be unused, but it must be at least one-third full so we can confirm it was genuinely tried.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

This guarantee applies once per product, per customer. We reserve the right to decline a refund request if we suspect misuse of this policy, including repeated returns, returns on products that appear unused or resold, or any pattern indicating an attempt to exploit the guarantee.
